Quick and Easy ways to Relax your Stress. Must Check it !

You can sometimes feel it coming on; your to-do-list looks like war and peace, the kids are late for school, the petrol gauge is on empty and to cap it all you've got a meeting with your boss... melt down is fast approaching and you're going to implode!

Hang on there. There's no need for that. What you need is a quick relaxation fix. Instead of going off on one, pick an on-the-spot tip from our experts to turn tension to calm.

1. Meditation:-

It's not as new-age as it sounds. No moonstones and patchouli oil required. In fact it's really easy and effective.

It's basically awareness; listening to your own breathing, looking at a view, or it can be whatever you like as long as you clear your mind of other thoughts and cares. You may find it helpful to repeat a mantra at the same time to make focus easier.

If you want something less free-form there are various types of meditation that you can learn from, Transcendental Meditation to Heart Rhythm Meditation. All have a different slant on awareness and relaxation.

Try it when you feel yourself getting stressed or as a preventative measure for 5 to 10 minutes a day.

2. Deep breathing:-

By slowing down your breathing and breathing from your diaphragm you can immediately relax yourself. When we are stressed we tend to take shallow breaths which don't give us enough oxygen.

Wellbeing coach Naomi Martell-Bundock says: "Stand up and breathe deeply into your tummy ten times. Imagine you are filling up a balloon as you breathe in through your nose, and deflating it as you breathe out through your mouth. It helps to put your hand gently over your tummy button and feel as your tummy pushes it out and then brings it back in as you breathe the air out."

3. Mindfulness:-

This is a bit of a buzz word at the moment. It's quite closely linked with meditation. The idea is to be mindful of something and appreciate it in that present moment and block everything else out.

It may be appreciating the colour of a flower or examining a piece of jewellery to see how it was made. Focusing on the present can reduce stress.

Linda Blair clinical psychologist and author of 'The Key To Calm' says you can practise mindfulness and relax in just 3 minutes.

"Turn off your screen, choose a common object like a pencil or a penny (not your phone) and begin breathing very slowly focusing on the object and describing it to yourself in as much detail as you can. To focus completely and fully on something in the present is the essence of mindfulness."

She says it only takes 30 long breaths or about 3 minutes and it'll make you feel very refreshed and ready to focus.

4. Listen to music:-

Music has the power to transform your mood. If you feel the tensions rising, stick on a little classical music to transport you to a higher plane or plug into your favourite song to transport you to good times and happy memories.

Listening to soothing music can lower blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety.

If you want to let off steam and get rid of pent up anger, stick on some rock or pop really loudly and belt out the song at the top of your voice.

Music therapy is a recognised way of improving mental health, according to the charity MIND.

5. Exercise:-

Exercise is well known as a stress buster. When we do it our bodies release feel good hormones which make us calmer. Exercise also uses up some of the hormones that the body makes when it's stressed.

The physical health benefits of exercise are well known but the mental health benefits are becoming more appreciated. GP's can prescribe gym exercise programmes for people with depression.

It's amazing how more centred and relaxed we feel after a short run or a workout. It also boosts our self esteem which makes us feel happier.

6. Yoga:-

Yoga can be a quick route to relaxation. You don't have to do a full blown hour long workout to appreciate some of the benefits.

"Try lying on your back with legs bent, feet flat on the floor. Bring your hands to your abdomen and simply watch the breath come and go," says yoga teacher Eva Paoli.

She says: "Allow the belly to relax so that it can gently rise on the inhale and dip on the exhale. Let the shoulders be soft and heavy against the floor. Even 5 minutes doing this can help."

Eva says if you already practise yoga, try some gentle backbends such as shoulder bridge. Backbends decrease levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

7. Visualisation:-

Try visualising a peaceful scene away from your current tensions. It could be a golden sandy beach with the azure waves lapping at your toes; it could be a warm bath with scented oils.

The idea is to take your mind off the current worry and transport yourself and your mood to somewhere relaxing and calm. The more detail you imagine the calmer you'll get.

8. Have a cuppa:-

It's a well-known cliché that many-a-problem can be solved by putting the kettle on, or that a cup of tea's the best thing to calm you down after a shock. The classic, common-sense way to relax may actually work!

Camomile tea is the traditional favourite for calming the mind but even normal tea may help us fight stress.

A 2010 study at University College London found that drinking black tea has a calming effect on stress hormone levels in the body.

Participants who drank regular black tea displayed lower levels of cortisol, and reported feeling calmer during 6 weeks of stressful situations than those who drank a placebo with the same amount of caffeine.

9. Go outside:-

If you are feeling frazzled at work or at home, one quick way to relax is to head outdoors. You get a fresh perspective on the problem and breathe in fresh air.

"Twenty minutes outside doing just about anything can be really helpful," says Naomi.

10. Pick your own way to relax:-

Different activities work for different people. Some people may find reading a book or magazine for 10 minutes a good way to relax. Others may find a therapeutic value in gardening or even cleaning!

Spending just a quarter of an hour doing something you enjoy can make all the difference. You could have sex, watch your favourite comedy show, walk the dog or stroke the cat – all relaxing activities to take the sting out of tension.

We all get stresses in life, so it pays to have a few quick tricks up your sleeve to deal with them.

You won’t believe how many people would let their partner cheat!!!

Woman texting in bed
Sex outside relationships is becoming more common

You’d think it would be natural to end a relationship if it’s going sour but as “open” arrangementsand swinging are becoming increasingly common, the rules of monogamy are becoming blurred.
And according to new research, a surprising amount of Brits would be happy for their lover to seek sex elsewhere.
The study quizzed 1,000 men and women in relationships between the ages of 16 and 65 to see if they’d be comfortable letting their partner play away.
*** Your partner is less likely to cheat if you do this one thing in bed ***

Nearly a fifth (18%) of loved-up couples admitted they would allow their lover to sleep around if they’d gone off sex themselves.
Perhaps more shockingly, 7% admitted they’d happily be the first to suggest that infidelity could be the answer to bedroom problems.
On the flip side a similar amount of people (21%) would take their partner up on the offer of cheating, but men would be more keen to sleep with someone else than women would.
Clearly sex is pretty important to couples, so much so that it doesn’t matter whether it’s within the relationship or not.

American writer Gracie X, who has published a book about her own non-monogamous marriage, suggests that cheating can actually be a good thing for your relationship.
She said: “Sex with someone else is not a deal-breaker.
“Occasionally ‘stepping out’ may just be part of our biology.
“Sometimes sleeping with new people is a measuring stick of how connected you are to your spouse.”
*** Has your partner got brown eyes? This is why he's more likely to CHEAT on you ***
But obviously having an affair doesn’t sit comfortably with everyone.
Out of the survey respondents, 43% said they wouldn’t let their partner stray and a further 36% revealed they’d end the relationship if the sexual spark had gone out.
The survey was conducted by the team behind the OnePulse mobile app.

Kim KardashianShe was crowned last year but was dethroned by Coco Austin

The reality star has been dethroned by actress and model Coco Austin, whose ample assets have earned her the title Rear of the Year in a US poll.
Kim, 35, whose generous posterior sparked a celebrity trend – and a boom in surgical booty implants – could only manage fifth place.
As well as Coco, who is married to rapper Ice-T, Kim was squeezed out of the top four by shapely singer Nicki Minaj, Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks and even her own curvaceous sister Khloé.

Real win the Champions League RECORD eleventh time..

Real captain Sergio Ramos opened the scoring in the 15th minute, grazing the ball with his studs inside the box after Toni Kroos’ whipped corner was headed on by Gareth Bale.
The rest of the second half passed without a great deal of quality from either side and they went into the break with the score stuck at 1-0.
Moments after half time the game was almost turned on its head as Fernando Torres was barged into in the box by Pepe and he won a penalty for his troubles.
Antoine Griezmann stepped up to take the spot kick but could only smash the ball into the under side of the bar.
Soon afterwards Real right-back Daniel Carvajal had to leave the pitch after picking up an injury.
His place in Euro 2016 could be in doubt.
Real seemed content to sit back in the second half, inviting pressure from Atletico before rushing out to try and hit Diego Simeone’s side on the counter.
Zinedine Zidane’s team started creating breakaway chances and Atletico had keeper Jan Oblak to thank for blocking good chances for Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Atletico were hanging on by the skin of their teeth before half-time substitute Yannick Carrasco turned home a delicious volleyed Juanfran cross from close range.
The game opened at 1-1 with both sides creating good chances, but neither team could convert a chance so the game moved into extra time.
Real's players, especially Ronaldo and Bale, were visibally exhausted in the extra half an hour of play, but Atletico couldn't take advantage as the game ended level after 120 minutes.
And Ronaldo stood up when it came to the penalty shootout, calmly slotting past Jab Oblak after Juanfran had hit the post, to seal a second Champions League title in three years.

Manchester United to appoint former Chelsea boss !

Jose Mourinho
NEW BOSS: Incoming Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho

The Portuguese tactician will replace Louis van Gaal in the next three days despite the FA Cup final victory over Crystal Palace, according to the BBC.
It's claimed a decision was made following the defeat to West Ham earlier this month, with Mourinho agreeing a deal in principle with the Red Devils ahead of yesterday’s Wembley triumph.
And he will assume his role early next week when Van Gaal is sacked despite having a year still left to run on his Old Trafford contract.
His arrival would mean that winning the FA Cup was the Dutchman’s final act as boss, two years after replacing David Moyes.
Mourinho has refused to comment on the latest reports but did congratulate Van Gaal on his success at Wembley.
Van Gaal meanwhile would not be drawn on his future in his post-match press conference and insisted he was thinking about how to improve United's squad for next season.
“I show you the cup. I don't discuss it with 'friends' of the media who sacked me six months ago, which manager could do that? I don't want to talk about leaving the club,” he said.
“I said when I started as manager that we are in a process of transition. I have already said this a lot of times and I am repeating myself.
“I have to refresh my squad and I have done that in spite of many injuries this season and I have lifted the cup and that's a title. It was three years ago since the club have done that and I am very proud that I am the first manager after Sir Alex Ferguson to have done that.
“I believe in refreshment of my squad but it depends on what players we purchase, you cannot stay with the same squad.
“Last summer I wanted fast wingers and we didn't do that. You are thinking everything is possible at Manchester United but it's not. We have a bigger chance than others because we are a rich club."
Jose Mourinho

Though some of the United hierarchy preferred Ryan Giggs, it’s Mourinho who will be charged with the task of rebuilding United’s reputation on the world stage.
He’s been out of work since being sacked by Chelsea in December 2015 but will return without Champions League football after United could only manage a fifth-placed finish.
Spanish newspaper AS claim he will receive an £11.6m-a-year salary and has demanded executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward give him licence for a complete squad overhaul.
United captain Wayne Rooney was asked about Van Gaal's future but said he was in the dark and that it was up to executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward or the Ductman himself to decide what happens.
"I know nothing at all. That's a question for Louis van Gaal or Ed Woodward. It's nothing to do with me," he told Sky Sports.
"I don't want to speak about how Louis van Gaal has been because he's still our manager and he's still in his job. I think it's unfair after he's led us to win the FA Cup that we speak about him as if he's not here.
"I think he's a good manager and we are grateful for him helping us win this FA Cup. It's down to him or Ed Woodward to decide what happens."

No room for Tevez!!!

Argentina have left Boca Juniors striker Carlos Tevez out of their squad for the Copa America Centenario to be held in the United States next month.

Tevez, who helped Boca reach the Copa Libertadores semi-finals on Thursday, was not on the 23-man list coach Gerardo Martino announced on Friday for the June 3-26 tournament.

With Gonzalo Higuain and Sergio Aguero named as the central strikers, Tevez, 32, was deemed surplus to requirements despite having been part of last year's Copa squad in Chile.
Rosario Central centre back Javier Pinola missed out after breaking his leg in a Copa Libertadores match last week, and veteran right back Pablo Zabaleta of Manchester City also became unavailable after deciding to have surgery for an ankle problem.
Independiente's Victor Cuesta earned his first Argentina call-up in place of Pinola, boosting to four the number of home-based players in the squad.
Argentina, captained by Lionel Messi, are targeting victory in the tournament after failing to succeed at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, where they lost to eventual winners Germany, and the 2015 Copa America as hosts Chile beat them on penalties.
This year's Copa America marks the centenary of the South American tournament first played in Buenos Aires in 1916 and won by Uruguay, who hold a record 15 titles, one more than Argentina.

Six teams from the CONCACAF region comprising North and Central America and the Caribbean have been drafted into the 16-nation event.
Argentina meet Chile, Bolivia and Panama in Group D.

SQUAD:
GOALKEEPERS: Sergio Romero (Manchester United), Nahuel Guzman (UANL Tigres), Mariano Andujar (Estudiantes)
DEFENDERS: Nicolas Otamendi (Manchester City), Victor Cuesta (Independiente), Marcos Rojo (Manchester United), Facundo Roncaglia (Fiorentina), Ramiro Funes Mori (Everton), Gabriel Mercado, Jonathan Maidana (both River Plate)
MIDFIELDERS: Javier Mascherano (Barcelona), Lucas Biglia (Lazio), Matias Kranevitter, Augusto Fernandez (both Atletico Madrid), Ever Banega (Sevilla), Angel Di Maria, Javier Pastore (both Paris St Germain), Erik Lamela (Tottenham Hotspur)
FORWARDS: Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Gonzalo Higuain (Napoli), Sergio Aguero (Manchester City), Ezequiel Lavezzi (Hebei Fortune), Nicolas Gaitan (Benfica)

Manchester United a record-equalling 12th FA Cup **

"Manchester United's substitute forward Jesse Lingard celebrates his extra-time winner against Crystal Palace during their FA Cup final at the Wembley in London on Saturday."

Jesse Lingard's extra-time thunderbolt earned Manchester United a record-equalling 12th FA Cup as Louis van Gaal's side came from behind to defeat Crystal Palace 2-1 in Saturday's final at Wembley.
In a rematch of the 1990 final, which United won after a replay, underdogs Palace took the lead in the 78th minute when Jason Puncheon slammed home, only for Juan Mata to equalise less than three minutes later.
With the tie heading towards penalties, substitute Lingard drilled a stunning volley past a motionless Wayne Hennessey in the 110th minute to end United's 12-year wait to lift the FA Cup and give their supporters something to cheer about at the end of a tumultuous season.
It was United's first FA Cup win since 2004, allowing captain Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick to complete their collection of domestic medals, and took them level with Arsenal, winners in 2014 and 2015, as the most successful clubs in the competition's illustrious history.
But while Van Gaal celebrated his first trophy in English football, and United's first major honour since Alex Ferguson retired in 2013, it may not be enough to keep him in a job following the club's failure to qualify for the Champions League.
Instead United, who lost Marcus Rashford and Marcos Rojo to injury and Chris Smalling to an extra-time red card, will go into the Europa League, along with West Ham United, after United's Wembley win freed up an extra qualifying berth.
Palace manager Alan Pardew, meanwhile, met with FA Cup heartbreak for the third time, having been on the losing side against United with the south London club in 1990 and overseen West Ham's defeat on penalties by Liverpool in 2006.
United enjoyed the best of the first half, but Pardew was infuriated when referee Mark Clattenburg brought play back for a free-kick despite Connor Wickham jumping to his feet and racing into the box after being dragged to the turf by Smalling, who was booked.
United's control was even more pronounced after half-time as Van Gaal's men succeeded in pinning Palace back, and they hit the woodwork twice in the space of eight minutes through Marouane Fellaini's drilled effort and Anthony Martial's header.
Injuries then deprived United of Rojo and Rashford, with Matteo Darmian and Ashley Young coming on, while Puncheon came on for Yohan Cabaye.
The Palace substitute made an impact. His corner from the left was headed away by Fellaini, but Joel Ward helped the ball back into the box and Puncheon brought it down before blasting a vicious left-foot shot past De Gea at his near post.

Bayern Munich, Paris Saint Germain and Juventus complete doubes with cup titles!

Bayern Munich's departing coach Pep Guardiola is a satisfied man with the domestic double in his last year in charge of the German giants ahead of his move to Manchester City.

Bayern Munich beat Borussia Dortmund 4-3 on penalties to win the German Cup on Saturday, handing coach Pep Guardiola another domestic double in his final game in charge.
Bayern, who also won the Bundesliga for a record fourth consecutive time this season, kept their cool in the shootout after a goalless 120 minutes with Douglas Costa beating keeper Roman Buerki with Bayern's last penalty after two Dortmund players had missed.
It was Bayern's 18th Cup victory while Dortmund have now failed in the final for the third straight year.
Guardiola, who has won three league titles and two German Cups in his three seasons in charge, hugged and kissed his players, with tears streaming down his face after his final match in charge before joining Manchester City next season.
Ibrahimovic bows out in style--
Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored two goals and set up another as Paris Saint-Germain defeated bitter rivals Marseille 4-2 to clinch a 10th French Cup title on Saturday in the Swede's final game with the club.
Blaise Matuidi fired PSG into an early lead at the Stade de France, but Marseille hit back just 10 minutes later through on-loan Newcastle midfielder Florian Thauvin.
Ibrahimovic then put PSG 2-1 ahead from the penalty spot on 47 minutes, with Edinson Cavani adding a third before Ibrahimovic struck again with his 156th and final goal for PSG eight minutes from time.
Michy Batshuayi grabbed a consolation strike for Marseille late on, but it was academic as PSG successfully defended last year's domestic treble.

Juventus pip Milan in extra time--

An extra-time winner from late substitute Alvaro Morata saw Juventus to their 11th Italian Cup with a 1-0 triumph over AC Milan on Saturday.
It means Juventus become the first Italian team to win successive league and Cup doubles, a year after ending a 20-year wait to achieve the feat.
AC Milan's defeat means the seven-time European champions failed to qualify for Europe next season. Sixth place finishers Sassuolo will now be handed a Europa League place.

RadarOnline.com has learned the Beckhams’ California mansion has turned into a real house of horrors! Victoria, 41, recently confessed that she and her 40-year-old husband David  are “going mad” over their three sons’ raging hormones.

“It’s terrible and she’s left the ‘birds and the bees’ story for David to tell the youngest two, but she’s had more than her share of embarrassing moments with her growing sons,” a family friend told Radar.

Brooklyn “has gone completely girl crazy,” laughed the pal of the 17-year-old model. “Victoria and David are getting worried that they can’t keep up with who his latest girlfriend is because there’s a new one every week.”
And Romeo, 13, seems to be following in his older brother’s footsteps and ready to live up to his name. “He’s going to be just the same,” said the friend. “Romeo’s already obsessed with Victoria’s Secret models and he’s always watching the VS shows online on his own in his room.”

As Radar reported, the Beckham’s girl-crazy household isn’t the only problem the couple is facing these days. The parents have been battling split rumors, especially after Victoria filed to end a longtime business partnership with her husband.

“They are waiting for a quiet time to make a short announcement about the status of their relationship,” a source claimed to Radar . “They don’t want a lot of attention around it. There won’t be any drama.”

Manchester United ease past Bournemouth to seal fifth spot, 2016 EPL

The game was hastily rearranged after the match on Sunday was abandoned due to a bomb scare and the first half was very low key in front of a sparse Old Trafford crowd.
The one moment of quality produced a fine goal, however, just before the interval when United's French forward Anthony Martial injected pace down the left and Rashford stepped over his cross to leave Rooney with a simple finish.
The 18-year-old Rashford provided another example of his burgeoning talent with a clinical finish, his eighth goal since making his debut in February, in the 74th minute and Ashley Young added United's third before defender Chris Smalling's stoppage-time own goal gave Bournemouth a consolation.

Kickboxer ‘in a gay relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo’!!

A KICKBOXER said to be in a gay relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo has been arrested over an alleged assault at a luxury hotel in Morocco.

The kickboxer, who became the first ever K-1 heavyweight champion in 2007, stands accused of assaulting a waiter at a luxury hotel over a drinks order, then breaking the nose of a man who tried to stop the attack, The Sun reports.

Local reports said Hari had been released after paying about $700 in bail.
The arrest is thought to be connected to an incident last month at a luxury hotel in Marrakech when a waiter tried to clarify whether or not the kickboxer wanted glass or a bottle of vodka following a drinks order.

Hari allegedly assaulted the waiter before turning on an unnamed second man who tried to intervene to stop the attack.

Last year it was sensationally claimed that Hari was in a gay relationship with Real Madrid star Ronaldo who, Spanish press say, regularly takes his $27 million private jet over to Morocco after training to spend time with the kickboxer.

And Daniel Riolo — a contributor on French television show Touche pas a mon sport — also hinted that pair were more than just friends.

The studio audience was heard gasping when Riolo said: “Ronaldo takes three or four jets a week to see a friend in Morocco to cuddle.”

As well as rumours of a secret relationship with Ronaldo, Hari has been involved in a string of controversies outside the ring.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Badr Hari are reportedly more than just friends. Picture: Instagram

Hari, re-sentenced to a two-year prison term over a series of violent crimes including a 2012 assault in Amsterdam which he was reported at the time to be appealing, is also said to have caused problems at a restaurant in Casablanca last November.

One Moroccan paper said restaurant bosses threatened to call the police after he assaulted a waiter who passed him the bill before he requested it.

The incident, first reported in an Arabic-language newspaper called Assabah, is said to have happened in a chic restaurant in the oceanfront neighbourhood of Corniche.

Hari came under the international spotlight last year because of his close relationship with Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo, whose performances dipped after the end of his five-year relationship with Russian model Irina Shayk in January 2015, shared several holiday snaps in Morocco with Hari.

Hari previously said of his violent temper: “I am able to explode at any moment. When my brakes are off, it’s just one big clump of explosion, chaos and noise and I become blind to it all.
“A storm, a hurricane, a disaster. There just is a certain aggression inside of me, of which I don’t know what to do with and neither where it comes from.”
He is reportedly due in court today for a preliminary hearing over the alleged attack.

Torres, Costa, Mata left out of Spain squad!!!

Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque has named a provisional 25-man squad for Euro 2016 with a number of high-profile absentees including Premier League-based trio Diego Costa, Juan Mata and Santi Cazorla.

Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres also failed to make the cut despite showing his improved form towards the end of the season, as did Valencia forward Paco Alcacer, the top scorer in the defending champions' qualifying campaign.
"We didn’t want to have an overload of players who were in an uncertain situation, we preferred not to bring them," Del Bosque told a news conference on Tuesday.
Costa injured his hamstring against Liverpool in Chelsea’s penultimate game of the season.
First-time call-ups went to Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez, who scored a breathtaking individual goal in the Champions League semi final first leg against BayernMunich, and Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez.
Athletic Bilbao striker Aritz Aduriz, who scored 36 goals this season, was named in a squad for a major tournament for the first time, aged 35.
Spain will play three more friendlies, against Bosnia, South Korea and Georgia, before starting the defence of theirtitle against Czech Republic on June. 13.
